Why does no one use shalk for magdk?

Just curious, seems like a heavy armor aimed for ultimate Regen dks. Why does no one use it?

StamDK uses slash. MagDK has better sets. I actually use slash on my DK.

Because it doesn't help much with resource regen besides Battle Roar proc.

DKs need sustain sets

Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly

I've used it some in the past. It was alright. Just a middle of the road set.
