✭✭✭The "official" answer I've gotten from ZOS: "well, you're not getting a bounty so it's fine."
Edit: I also hate this bug, as the NPC's on Vvardenfell may not give you a bounty, but they will turn to follow you while insible, and grant bounty before the player can see them turn around.Edited by CaffeinatedMayhem on November 6, 2017 8:54PM1
