i have ESO i think ive got the tamriel unlimited one (any character, any alliance) - if i upgrade to morrowwind, will i loose that? anyoone know?

no you will not lose it.

And just to clarify, One Tamriel does not automatically give any race any alliance. That would have come from the original version of ESO (i.e The Explorer's Pack). One Tamriel simply removed PVE faction gating and 'leveled' zones.
