brought crowns yet not in account

so i just brought some crown on pc na it said the transaction was not authorized and yet it still took the money out my bank account and didn't give me any crowns i would either like a refund ASAP or my damn crowns please fix this asap I have a ticket number #:171102-003345 @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

    Chances are your bank is holding the money as pending, so ZoS can't do anything about that

    This happened with my bank as well. I bought a game from steam and it was declined but the bank held my money to "prevent fraud" or something for 5 business days. Even though i had more than enough to purchase the game something just didn't go right so it happened.
