With the DST change coming this Sunday, since I'm blanking right now, will guild traders be flipping at 8PM ET instead of 9PM ET? Or will it remain at the same time?

The game doesn't change for daylight savings time ... so dailies will be an hour earlier.0 -

The server does not observe DST. If you don't observe DST, things will stay the same. If you do, they will shift.0 -
