Does it work like shield breaker and ignore an opponent's shields, or does it just increase the damage you do to a shield? Thank you.

✭✭✭✭Increased damage done to a shield. I don't know offhand if it increases damage bled through a shield (ie you hit 5k and there is only 3.5k shielding), but I'd assume not.Edited by DocFrost72 on November 2, 2017 3:42PM1 -
