PvP population has dropped (Xbox One EU)

At the beginning of the year the PvP population was lovely, me and my guild would have lots to do every day, consistently. However the way things are now it appears as though the PvP side of things is dying a slow but steady death, at least for those that don't fancy going to Lag-fest AKA Vivec.

Does anyone have any ideas what to do that doesn't involve switching to the NA server, quit whinging, or going into Vivec??

I just want PvP campaigns to be fun again, I miss a good old fashioned bridge fight.

First of all, pessimistic click bait subject lines don't help. Constructive titles like 'how can we increase pop on 7 day / non-CP on Xbox eu' would be more problem focused.

You contradict yourself too. Saying pop is dead yet Vivec is busy enough to create lag (I haven't seen bad lag in ages FYI)

I'm all for promoting more people to PvP, agree the 7 day needs some love, agree non-CP is fun and best part of BG right now so Shame more don't try it in Cyro.

One show stopper is the utter *** that reroll toons to stay in the L1-50 campaign wiping noobs. I know so many people on this forum and in PvE guilds I'm in put off PvP but getting rekt in the 'noob' campaign and having zero fun. It needs to be fun for those that 'try it' and frankly PvP takes some effort to understand if you dont have an experienced posse.

Guilds offering support on here mite help I.e. Offering people gear advice, training, support to get AP. Many PvE folks here think we are all evil Tea Bagging *** intent on hate in PvP and its not like that.

Lastly ZOS need more PvP events. More reasons for people to try it.

Even Vivec was dead.

Last time I was on it was a Friday night at 7pm gmt and there was 2 bar yellow, 2 bar red and 1 bar blue.

A lot of us have switched to NA. The guild has like 300+ members in now. Most of them are EU players who've made the switch.

Honestly, the grind isn't that bad. It takes a few week, maybe a month of sorting stuff out. I'm now at 300cp, have a PvP and Pve character with gold weapons and farmed a lot of gear already. Also have at least 5 traits researched on most items.

Also, the Americans are pretty amusing. There's some nutters in area chat that make me laugh.

The noob campaign should be your first L1-50 toon only per account or something. A true tutorial campaign. Not great if you mess up and take the wrong toon in I guess. But heck the pro could outweigh that con.

Me and my guild have been desperately trying to come up with ways to entice players into PvP campaigns that aren't Vivec but we can't seem to get anyone to actually join in

I agree with you wholeheartedly regarding the PvP events - we need way more, there also needs to be exclusive perks and benefits to those that focus solely on PvP... Or something along those lines.

I've just spent so long grinding and 'perfecting' my characters on the EU server that the thought of migrating to NA and having to start that all over again makes me feel ill...

ZOS needs to give the PvP areas of the game a nice spring clean and some TLC imo.

Honestly, it was daunting thinking of grinding it all again.

I gave up. Went back to EU. Within a week I had enough again. PvP is so dead that there is zero to do. Tried NA again, got some momentum going and now the game is fun and exciting again.

The problem is that there isn't enough players to be able to migrate to other campaigns
