Cannot Log into Game

I had a problem with the patch, but restarted everything and it seemed to patch all right, but now everytime I try to play, it gives me a fatal error and has me submit the report to you, which I have. I tried some of the troubleshooting, including deleting the Program Data file and restarting, but it did not help. I am not terribly computer saavy. Can someone help me? I am an ESO plus member as well.

✭✭✭✭✭Hint. Make a shortcut to eso64.exe and use that instead. Only use the Launcher to patch.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
