Game stuck at 49%

I'm having a major problem with my ESO currently. I haven't played ESO in a few years and a few weeks back, I reinstalled the game fully and did the updates through Xbox updates. I went to go play the game, and it still says within the ESO main menu showing Server choice screen, on the bottom right it states 49% game installing.
Now, It's been at 49% now for over 3 days, I've even tried hard reset of the Xbox, and even left it on multiple days in a row to see if it would change.

I have no internet issues at all from my ISP as I can download, install and play various games across my Xbox and my PC as well.

Anyone ever have this issue? Could any of the Dev's help me out here?

Thank you!

not sure of how is it on console, but have you tried repairing the launcher?

There really is no launcher on console, basically once the game is selected "kinda like an app" it games right to the game, no launcher like PC. My PC has updated and works just fine, only issue is the Xbox One version. Found it kinda weird tbh

If you are having an issue patching or installing ESO on Xbox One, you should first ensure you have enough free space on your console’s hard drive.

If you have enough space to download and install the game or patch, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

    Power Cycle the Console

    1. Press and hold the [Xbox] button on the front of the console for 10 seconds.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable and wait for 10 seconds.
    3. Plug the power cable back in and turn the console back on by pressing the Xbox button again.

    Check Xbox Live Status

You can check the Xbox Live Service Status here. If there are outages reported, you might experience connection issues.

    Check Internet Connection

Check your Xbox One’s internet connection by pressing the [Menu] button on your controller, selecting Settings, then selecting Network, selecting Network Settings, and finally selecting Test network connection.

    Forward Ports

Forward the following outbound ports on your router to ensure a connection to the internet can get through:

    • UDP Port 88
    • UDP Ports 12000 through 32000
    • UDP Port 6250
    • UDP Port 5060
    • UDP Port 5062
    • UDP Port 3478 through 3479
    • UDP and TCP Port 3074
    • UDP and TCP Port 53
    • TCP Port 80
    • TCP Port 433
