[BUG] Green Clockwork/Fabricant Furniture Plans

I have seen 50 global green furniture plans while looting backpacks/wardrobes/desks/trunks in the Brass Fortress and not a single green clockwork/fabricant plan. It feels like they aren't on this loot table. No one I know has seen a green clockwork/fabricant plan from these containers. I know several people, myself included, who have looted blue clockwork plans from trunks/wardrobes/desks/backpacks.
Could you please check the loot table and make sure the green clockwork/fabricant plans are on it for backpacks/wardrobes/desks/trunks? Thanks!
PS: I have looted ONE green clockwork plan from a Factotum since the "fix". The drop chance is miserable from them though, hence why i was checking for other ways to collect plans. (about 1 in 10 factotums seem to drop loot at all, then maybe 1 to 2 green plan an hour if farming non-stop in Reactor District. This loot table seems to be all global green plans as well as new clockwork/fabricant ones. There are a lot more global ones, so the odds of getting a new clockwork one are really low.
