New Normal: Connection to Server Has Timed Out

First I couldn't login to my main character, Cyndril, and now I cannot login to -any- character. The message is always the same 'Connection to server has timed out'. I tried putting in a help ticket (mod moved my character to starter zone) then I tried to repair today. Still can't load in any of my characters.

This is my favorite game and I'd like to be able to play it again. Help?

What troubleshooting have you tried besides running a repair through the launcher? Are you running the game through Steam?

I ran a repair and I put in a help ticket. The help ticket resolved the problem for one day, and now it's back to not allowing me access. I don't use Steam.
