Is Bogrul broken?

In a group of 2 - my group buddy and I are unable to pick up a second quest from Bogrul. After doing one quest we cannot get another no matter who picks up the first one.

Is this intentional or is it a bug?

I haven't read anything in the patch notes about this change

It was apparently changed with the recent patch. Whether or not it was intentional is yet to be determined.

many thanks - I hadn't thought about checking for all dailies...

I searched under undaunted and bogrul - hence I did not find the thread.
