If you have nothing to do in game it's probably more the group your hanging with. Sometimes a group goes stale.

As for cross platform. The lag alone is a solid reason it would be a bad idea. FF servers and game design are clearly different so saying it works for them means flip about how it would work here.

    Console cross-play would be great.

Total cross-play (Console+PC) would be unbalanced.

Doesn't matter anyway, as Sony won't do cross play. We can hope...
    PS4 - EU

Please put the Eyevea/EarthForge wayshrines back on the map?

if you made the servers PC / XBOX / PlayStation a mega server then you wouldn't have to worry about add-ons if they limit add-ons to the test server only ( just like final fantasy XI which I played for the last 10 years as a trio boxer)

I've been playing ElderScrollsOnline since Beta, and now currently play on xbox since day 1, I run a 500 person guild (Cultofpersonality EVN) I have around 900 CP, and have all the sets in all traits from EVERY dungeon.

example- I farmed x2 amberplasm sharpened swords, and x2 amberplasm precise swords before they were tradable / findable in chests not to mention at a time I had the most veteran dungeons completed on the server with around 4000 vet dungeons completed, until I gave up doing dungeons because I had everything (gamertag - evanwimbish view my screenshots / videos of me soloing vet ruins of mazzatun) so i'm speaking through my gameplay experience about the declining gameplay, Most of the people I met summer 2015 launch don't play anymore or take very extended breaks.

What left is there to do if you have all the item sets from each dungeon / trial in all the traits, have level 10 Assault / support and everything there is to gain from cyrodiil aside from EMP. and the story line is fruitless since there are no unique items to gain... all the momentums for each effect from the public dungeons, etc. etc.

This isn't bragging, this is me explaining that once you have completed the games content (which takes about a month) there is no grind material left, and people are leaving because they aren't engaged. It kinda sucks since I sunk a bunch of money into the crown system in the game however I have also been taking a break from the game because there isn't much left to do...

and 10 million accounts means the game has been downloaded / purchased 10m times, that doesn't mean there are 10 million active people playing the game.... someone who bought the game on day one and then played it for 3 days and traded it in counted in their 10 million accounts, so that includes botters, dual boxeers, people who purchased the DLC discs/digital data whom already had an account, EU PC servers etc.
A simple search in the forums would have yielded the answer — ZOS has no plans for cross-platform.

Would be interesting to see your data set that shows “more and more people are leaving the game” ... when the game just moved past 10 million accounts.
