3 different gear sets, per dungeon
Gold, Looted objects, and weapons from monsters and NPCs
Motifs, skins etc, at least for certain DLC dungeons
Crafting materials, like poison solvents, reagents, style items (daedra hearts, especially)
Transmutation Stones
3 daily quests for the undaunted
Monster sets with powerful 2-piece bonuses
In terms of less tangible but no less important rewards, dungeons offer:
Content to run with friends or random players
Specialized content where players can excel at their chosen role of tank, healer, or DPS
With all that in mind, what exactly do you want added to dungeons to make them "worthwhile" for you? If you don't like doing dungeons for the content, the challenge, or the already existing rewards, then I think you'd be better off finding something to do in game that you do enjoy doing for the content, the challenge, or the already existing rewards. What's the point of playing a game if you aren't having fun?
Group dungeons, including trials, don't seem to have a lot to offer. They're fun, but when you've been playing as long as some of us and you have all the best gear for multiple characters, what else do dungeons offer?

For every fake tank, fake healer, and light attacking bow user I carry, I believe the game should automatically make those players kowtow to me after victory.

Sad how many this one would have picked up as healerA Lusty Argonian Loot Box given to the player who did the most damage in a dungeon
