Crown and Master Writ prices fof CWC crafting stations

Just enquiring about these as I'm on PS4 so can't go look for myself and can't find any info online 
I've heard the transmute station will be 4,500 crowns and 1250 writ vouchers.
1. Are the new CWC style crafting stations available for purchase through the housing decorator crown store? If so, how much?
2. And are they also available for writs, and how many writs are required per station?
3. Are the new stations available as attunable?
