Small Scale, Chill PvP Guilds (EP, NA, Vivec)

Does the above exist? I really like skirmish style fighting vs large zergs. Are there any guilds out there who are willing take a chance with people outside their already established group? I have small group willing to take a chance with a guild like this - but honestly I don't deal well with negative Nancys or yellers ha! I am here to have fun - not get yelled at (that's what RL jobs are for)!
