Not getting Transmutation Geode from First Rewards for the Worthy

Got 2 Rewards of the Worthy today on 1 character.
When i didnt receive the Geode in the first one, i thought maybe the timer hasnt reset yet, but i tried about an hour later again, and no Geode still.

✭✭✭✭I was under the impression that just like laurels in undaunted, they were a strong "maybe" each time, as opposed to a certainty.
I could be wrong.
MaybeTenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis1 -

yesterday i got one on each my characters, but always only the first one.

Anrose✭✭✭✭✭This happened to me one day last week. I PvP'd on Tuesday, got my geode. PvP'd on Wednesday, no geode.
The game (PC NA) resets its "day" at 2am Eastern time for the purposes of dailies and things. But I stopped PvP before midnight so there was nothing after the reset.0 -

I only do AvA on one character. Usually just for long enough to get that first ROTW mail and its gold geode. So, on that one character it has been fairly easy for me to experiment a bit by changing the time of day I go into Cyrodiil. Timing has not been to the minute, but so far the results I have seen are in line with a 20 hour cool down on that character. I can't comment on whether there is a cool down on the whole account.

I was curious too, since I didn't get any from the last 10 I opened.

Edit: Nevermind, I'm stupid and can't read, apparently. I will check whether I get one for the first Reward mail later today.
