Petrify STILL can't be casted on blocking targets

Your "Fix" didn't work at all, still cannot be casted on blocking targets, ability gets greyed out much as it did last week. Had that multiple times today. It really is time to invest into your QA. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_Wrobel
