Hi everyone,

I seem to have trouble with my screenshots - they do not seem to be saved anymore on my PC. Is there a way to 'reset' this ?
They do not show up anymore in the designated folder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

By default screenshots should go to: C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\Screenshots. I don't belive that there is any way of resetting or changing this location (unless you do something like this: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/16226/complete-guide-to-symbolic-links-symlinks-on-windows-or-linux/). Are you getting the notification confirming that a screenshot has been taken?

Like btoop said, first order of business is to find out if the game tries to take a screenshot and fails somehow to save it, or if it's not being taken at all.

When you press the screenshot button, the game should lag for like half a second and a message should appear in the top right corner. The message also includes the location where the picture was saved.
    Kind regards,
