Four guilds limit

After the CWC patch people can't join the 5th guild if they are in 4 already, it is really bugged and not working as intended, because it says you can't join more guilds if you are in 4 . So the limit right now is 4/4 or 5/4 instead of 5/5. Right now people have to sacrifice with leaving 2 guilds to join new one. Fix that please. @ZOS_GinaBruno

Yes, several people complained to me about this during the past few days. Sent them guild invite but they weren't able to join.

There are several threads on the subject already and ZOS has at least acknowledged that this is a bug.

No ETA on a fix though.

Meh, what a nice timing for me to create a new guild that nobody can join
