blade of woe missing binding key

hello, I hope you can help me. Ever since the update/patch/release of Clockwork City my blade of woe isn't working anymore. When i am in position it appears but says: "not bound" use blade of woe. Normally it is bound to key "E", but not any longer it appears. How or where can i correct this? Thanks!
