Can't Open Game For Three Stinkin Days

I have been trying to email support, but they want me to submit a ticket. The problem is I can't log in to the support site from my account page (but can log into my account). I have tried the repair options on the 'play' page to no avail. I have even uninstalled/reinstalled the game.

eso has stopped working.
