✭✭✭✭✭OK, the game teleports me from the Brass City to cave outside the Secret Cavern, door locked. If I just wander into the Temple, then Fyr is there to talk to me. But , no quest arrows would have led me there. I only knew this because a guildmate suggested it.
So, if your door is inactive, go to the Temple firstEnjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
