I’m guessing redguard from the name, but I still don’t know if it’s a he or a she? All I found was a letter to Haskill about Herne and a request for love advice from a priest of Dibella.

Loremaster's Archive was a blog post series where fans sent emails to Zenimax in an "in-character" style about a certain subject/to a certain person (a Zenimax employee), who then wrote back in-character, and it would be posted on the ESO News blog. The "Baron" was the name used by a character a fan made up to asks questions.
