Is the NB executioner passive working as intended?
The passive should now return either magika or stamina based on max pool whena mob is killed within two seconds of being hit by an assassination skill.
With this passive, killers blade should return more stamina on a kill than it costs to cast - but it doesn't. Most of the time the passive doesn't seem to proc. When it does proc it often returns magika on my stam NB rather than stamina. I have *very* rarely seen it return both resources.
I've tested magika return on my mag NB too and that also seems to be unreliable.
Can anyone confirm this? If the behaviour I'm seeing is intended then it certainly doesn't match the passive's description in the skills menu.

makreth✭✭✭✭✭I don't know...I'm trying to figure out myself. I get the feeling it's just awful. I don't see any gains. Then again it's like 400 stamina return if you use killer's blade.
I think they tried to bring this closer to sorc's finisher ability which returns magicka but it's not even close. This however is a passive working with all assassination abilities. (killer's blade the only reliable, ulti, and relentless focus)0 -
Kolzki✭✭✭✭✭I'm mostly get no stamina or magika return from this passive. Sometimes I get magika when it should be stamina.
The skill description says that it should always return the stat with the highest max resource. This isn't what I'm seeing.1 -

Admittedly that is proc'ing more often than I previously thought when I was only using AUI, but it still doesn't match the skill description:
I read this as saying that it should proc stam regen for every assisination kill on a stamblade and never magika regen.0
