Unique Arcane Rattlecage Rings?

Can someone confirm these still drop from the ghost boss in VoM? I’ve been told they do and usually uniques drop quickly but so far I’ve not seen even one. Got the necklace which is great.

Yes they, drop. The first boss drops both a unique necklace and a unique ring in arcane.
