Well, this bug is not new but after Clockwork City it happens even more frequently. Mostly in Cyrodiil for now but afaik in PvE areas, too.
It's not even funny anymore and should have been fixed a long time ago.

✭✭✭✭✭Even happens to me on my Warden when I'm swinging to someone riding on a mount, I think I get clipped through the terrain and into and endless load screen, and when I log back in I'm in the middle of a field with a 0 upgraded mount and no one to swing off of
