Why some lorebooks become unread after patches?

With every new "big" patch, I have to read some lorebooks again. Example: I have read the "Letter to Grand Warlord Dortene" in DC zone like 4 or 5 times already. New patch comes and once again I need to read it.
And this happens with some other lorebooks I'm positive I read before.
@ZOS_GinaBruno Could you please check why this happens? Why some lorebooks already read have to be read again?
