EU Vivec EP, 3 scrolls owned and no more scroll quests available, I miss a patch note?

    Make sure you don't have a scroll quest already active, but there weren't any patch notes about the scrolls. As long as you didn't have one already, there should be one available.

    nope, handed a quest in and no more available, not the only one as others in chat having same problems

    So I don't know if this is related - but if you can't get scouting quests either, it looks like ZOS might have disabled some of the quests including scroll quests in relation to a transmutation crystal bug: (picture on page 2) https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/377746/transmutation-crystals-bug-exploit#latest
