EU Vivec EP, 3 scrolls owned and no more scroll quests available, I miss a patch note?

Make sure you don't have a scroll quest already active, but there weren't any patch notes about the scrolls. As long as you didn't have one already, there should be one available.

nope, handed a quest in and no more available, not the only one as others in chat having same problems
