The Precursor Maker quest bulletin board not working I've completed every quest but this

I was trying to get help on a quest but the place I get the quest isn't giving me the quest after I completed every quest but this quest. My only option was to contact you this way.

The Precursor Maker quest isn't working and I have no quests for Clockwork city left to do in my list of quests. I go to the bulletin board where it starts in the main city and I never get a quest when I press E to interact. I have done every quest 23/24. I can't seem to get this final quest.

Are you sure you haven't already done it?

Visit Zanon's Lab in the Reactor District (just go straight after going through the giant door and you'll find a door to his lab, then take the lift up.

If you have already done the quest then there should be a dwarven head and a little crystal in the rack to the left of Zanon (as you see him when you come up the lift). From there you have to complete the Precursor part gathering on your own.

You can "talk' to the head and get a hint on where the next part is. I have found that sometimes I have to leave the zone completely (travel to Deshaan for instance) and return after adding a part or the head won't speak to me again:p

I did go up to the head and talk to it but it doesn't give any further quests. I never did any of it that I can remember since some is in other areas of Tamerial. It's weird. I did every quest so no quests left in my book, and I can't take this last one.

I asked countless people to share it with me but they can't. It's got to be bugged since the achievement reads: 23/24 and on the wiki I have done all those quests but this Precursor one.

I am stuck here as well, the only hint I got was to search in ruins ... no hint to the location of said ruin and no journal entry.

I am a bit lost, please help.

edit: @ShimmerDoll its working now, just ty to go back another time (i.e. after logging out!) ... Hints are good, there is no Journal entry.
