Crystal skull lights (changeable colors)

Something I thought of for eso is why is there no enchanted crystal skulls in this game. I mean to change it to colors such as red, yellow, blue, purple, green, white, (would like a sort of blacklight look but not sure that would work well), thoughts?

I mean like crystal skulls, not skulls that have a blue flame to them.
