Stack All Items not working for motif pages or some recipes

Pressing stack all items does not work. All add-ons have been disabled. It states "all your items have been stacks" but motif pages and certain recipes are not stacked.

I've noticed this problem occurs in bank, but not in character inventory. It's been like that for a while, before the upgrade. Are you subscribed by the way? It seems it happened to me after I subbed. Probably the auto-stacking function doesn't work properly with the double space.

Yes, I have Plus. Some recipes are stacking, full blue motif books stack, but some motif pages do not.

Fragments which are combined with the Merethic Resin to make a Glass Style motif stopped stacking before the Clockwork City patch, but I'm not sure which patch was applied most recently before that began to happen. Each new Fragment that I acquire stacks in a separate stack from the original stack. The original stack doesn't change unless and until I split it, and the split stacks neither re-combine nor acquire new Fragments. Pressing the Inventory UI key to "stack all items" does not combine any of the Fragment stacks.

Perhaps only 100 Fragments can be stacked, instead of 200. But the original stack stopped growing at 90 Fragments. I've never read any Patch Notes or other document which discloses a lower limit. In my experience, some items never stack, such as quest reward containers (e.g., Plunder Skulls, Wrothgar Daily Recompense, etc.).

For what it might be worth, I submitted an in-game "Feedback" report about this behavior at least two weeks ago. Nothing has changed since. It probably never will.
