My character has been stuck for 24 hours now.

I was doing a delve, when a npc ememy knocked my stam nb back into a staircase, where I am now stuck. Using /stuck kicks me back to login screen. I can't move, I can't port to anyone, and it won't let me stay logged in for more than 10 seconds before it kicks me back to login. So i can't even use the help contact support from that character. I did try contact support off one of my other character but have heard nothing back. I really want my character unstuck. I thought maybe the patch last night would fix it, but nope. Please get my toon unstuck, i don't want to miss out on anymore 100% xp than i already have.

    Ouch!! Can you press the <F1> key immediately after the software finishes loading the character? If the software responds to that, then you might be able to click the LMB on the second icon on the upper right of the UI, to access the Customer Support features. Then use the "Character Stuck" option on the Customer Support menu.

    Unfortunately, in my experience, any input that I attempt will be ignored until the network latency drops from glowing-red 999 and the FPS increases to at least 5 or 10. That requires at least 5 seconds.

    So, if the game host returns you to the character selection screen before you can do anything, it seems that only ZOS might be able to do something on their end. You might be better off to post this report in the Customer Support section of the forum to see whether anyone there can recommend an effective way to recover.
