Desired changes/improvements -> Future of ESO

Hello fellow ESO players,
My post today reflects on desires I think are important concerning the evolution of ESO as we are now three years into the game.
Personalisation options:
Being able to colour our weapons (I envy fresh of the press characters who have silver/iron coloured swords/daggers/axes)
Being able to change our mounts armour colour (Don't worry ZOS we would most probably still buy armour packs in or out of crown crates ^^)
Being able to purchase certain quest/lore related housing items with in game gold and not only crowns (We sweat tears to grind and sell, so let us use that time spent)
Being able to slot, hmm let's say 25 additional items into our houses (castles deserve this)
Being able to buy previously crown only houses in gold (Once the limit for crown purchase is finished why not make it available in gold let's say 3 months later?)
Immersive questing:
Being able to see our characters face during a conversation/exchange with an NPC (I'm not saying our characters have to speak, but we are indeed in 2017!)
Seeing more animated events (Dark Brotherhood and the good old main quest had some interesting NPC events for example)
Generally improving that 'flat' questing feeling (To be honest I just click through and accept and go to point A -> B at the moment)
PVP:
Balancing the respective alliance populations as we often see some populations locked whilst others struggle on two bars. We don't want to all play on just two alliances do we, where is the fun in that?
All in all the game is an enjoyable experience, otherwise we wouldn't all be here everyday complaining about patches and asking for improvements.
PS : Oh and yes, be nice to French people and the French language even if they smell like cheese and crackers
