I appreciate the look and feel of clockwork city. I would purchase a home there if there was a cheaper crown option, or one that is available for gold. Now? I'm not paying 40£ for it.

Edit: @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom could you please confirm that Observatory Prior is intended to be crown only? This is inconsistent with what we saw on PTS and in previously released content that had achievement locked housing at launch (Morrowind and Horns of Reach).

People keep forgetting that you had to pay the game first to play. So yes. you do have to pay to log in.
