bad lag in pvp since the witches festival started?

it is unplayable for me, i have had awful ping spikes up to 900 and 3667 today, and i normally never have that... i talked to a lot of people who were also lagging. i had to quit and go watch tv because i couldnt even play. did anyone else have this experience? if it continues to be this bad (and if it can be fixed), i'd actually prefer the servers got taken down and fixed.

Solo_SL✭✭The game ran smoothly on occasion during the afternoon but the later at night it got, the worse it got. It got really bad near 10-11pm EST, and was horrible at 2am. There was nothing I could do on my end to fix it (reboots etc), and my internet speed was even better than it normally is.Edited by Solo_SL on October 21, 2017 6:46AM0

It is how it is... the base line player base doesn't seem to play much but as soon as there is an even suddenly everyone logs on for the weekend.0
