Witches Hut Questions!

That Darn Argonian
If anyone has already purchased the witches hut, can they please let me know if the dead trees are moveable/able to be removed?
Are the rocks to the left inside the remains of a wall moveable?
That annoying rock just behind the cottage?
Is the mist moveable?

Is the fireplace inside able to house the cooking station and actually work?
(Because, seriously, it won't fit in my "Captain M" home and bugs the heck out of me that cooking stations are obviously outdoor campfires.)

Thanks for reading and hopefully answering any of the above!

I would also like to know if the Hag Fen Mists can be removed and used in other houses!

This is a picture I took of the fireplace when I was previewing it. It's quite deep/tall but I don't think it's wide enough for the cooking station - or at least not able to be placed and have it be useable. A big frustration for me as well!

    Thanks for that, Anadandy.
I've been previewing it too, trying to see.
From the looks of it, I fear it will be too small.
Only just now realised that the witches festival won't start in the EU until after 3pm! *facepalm*

+ I'd also like to know how many slots all these trees and rocks take if you purchase unfurnished version.

Can confirm now - trees are moveable.
  • That Darn Argonian
    Left side rock also moveable.
Annoying rock behind cottage is NOT moveable.
Mist FX is not moveable - disappears when you go to furniture placement. Reappears when in normal mode.

What about cooking station? Can it be interactable when you place it inside fireplace?
  • That Darn Argonian
Can now sadly confirm Cooking Station is too big and will not work inside the fireplace.

Thanks for the intel! Kind of disappointed about the mist - I'm also wondering if it's ever "sunny" in the fens - or if it's perpetually gloomy. Every time I previewed it is looked like it was about to rain.

considering the cooking place, is there anywhere in the furnitures, craftable or abtainable, a tripot or something the like available for cooking??
    and the redguard oven ??

    Oh flip.
There's an invisible ceiling inside the witches hut itself. No building a second floor like I wanted to do. :'(

Ugh, another poor and lazy work by ZOS.
Looks like I won't buy it...

I think the house came with 31/400 slots filled.

That's disappointing, as the ceiling is quite high and looks like a nice loft could be built. Ah well...I'm still on the fence about whether I'll be buying this, but I still have a good deal of time to decide.

Deal breaker: rain drops fall over everything inside the hut.

I really dislike this effect with some tents and tarps too.
    Of course I like steak. I'm a Nord, aren't I?

Noticed that as well. I think this is the same problem that all "closed" spaces with open doors (like stables, the 1st bubble on Bouldertree, the deck in Slimcreek) have, rain will always fall in these spaces. Slightly disappointing that ZOS still has not been able to fix this (the same houses in the rest of the game do not behave like this)
