Constant 700-999+ ping the last 3 weeks, please help :(

I had been playing just fine with 200 ping for months, but recently been getting 700- 999+ ping, and the game is unplayable. I'll be logging in, and get error 200. Then wait a bit, and usually get either login error or manage to get in the game with ping 999+. The ping would then jump between 700-999+, with few moments of 200-400 in between. I'm on pc na from se asia, but the problem only started a few weeks ago. I can do everything with normal internet speed except playing eso. Is there anything i can do/check to improve this? The record uninterrupted play time i got since then was 30', I'm desperate Haven't installed any new add on, in fact i turn most of them off, but didn't help.

If you have already went through the troubleshooting in this help article, please contact customer support for further assistance with the latency you've been experiencing. Include a game consultant in your ticket which is helpful in troubleshooting the cause of latency and high pings.

so this is quite funny. I've been switching between 2 modes recently for eso: the constant high ping as described before, and having nice, smooth game that crashes my laptop every half an hour or so with a blue screen of death. Submitted a ticket, waiting for reply, but thank you for the reply
