Witch’s Festival house - gold purchase greyed out?

Anyone else getting “This offer is no longer valid” on the gold purchase option. I have all the festival achieves so not sure why I am blocked from adding to my real estate empire?

    Can only purchase for gold during the event (and if you have the achievement).
    The Exorcised Coven Cottage is available on all platforms for a limited time, from October 19 to November 1, and costs 3,500 crowns for the unfurnished version and 4,400 crowns for the furnished. You can also buy the unfurnished version of this home for gold starting tomorrow (October 20) after completing the Witches Festival meta-achievement.

    Its not confusing though. It available for purchase with gold during the witches festival which was announced as starting Oct 20th 10 AM EDT and running until Nov 1st.

    Thanks for confirming btw. Nice that the mists are part of the package and not using the enironmental effect and so not using up spaces.
