Third-party Key Sites - Any Updates?

...which hasn't been updated since May 2015. Have there been any changes to this list? Additions of trusted sources, removal of sources that there were issues with, etc?

I'm starting to think I should just start collecting a few spare keys from the official ESO site when the game goes on sale, just to give to friends and family that want to try the game out. But for now, since there are no official sales, looking on behalf of those interested in trying the game but prefer to find some kind of sale somewhere.

I think GMG is fine. The Humble Bundle Monthly should also be perfectly legit as well. ($12 for the game w/ Quake Champions & some Legends stuff)

There was a sale a few weeks ago for 9.99 for the standard edition. Hopefully it pops up again, or at least close to that pricing.

I am sure that since the launch hype is over, the nefarious ones have moved on to other targets.

Essentially, any sites that allow people to sell their own keys may end you up with a bad time.

Greenmangaming (example from above) is a retailer, they don't allow people to sell keys, so yes, they're fine.

My concern is more, as the original post suggested, key-selling sites that acquired their keys using stolen financial credentials. These keys, once the jig is up, get banned en masse, which would suck for those who were looking for legit resellers, found a decent deal, but aren't sure if good because the list hasn't been updated in over 2 years -- and lo, turns out a year later when they do a mass ban on keys that it wasn't that solid after all.

In short, it's hard to be 100% certain of safe places to shop for sales and deals if that list isn't kept updated.

A related question: If your account is found using one of these keys, can you reinstate your account with a key bought from the official store or a store that is on the list? i.e. you don't lose your progress, just your access to the game until you buy a new key? Or does the account also get locked?

I'd rather know these things sooner, rather than later, for my family member and his buddy who are out there deal hunting on the interwebs. That way I know how much effort I should put into sacrificing them to the Daedra to keep them in the game forever -- I mean, uh, showing them all around Tamriel and all the neat things there are, yeah.

@ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_JessicaFolsom -- Official input on this would be most welcome. About the keys and key bans that is, not how to sacrifice one's nephew to Molag Bal.

Amazon has been having issues with sellers distributing counterfeit products, so I'm not sure how well they can be trusted, unless it's from the official Bethesda store.

You missed the part where is says, Shipped from and Sold by Amazon.....
