I am returning to ESO after about a 3 month break. What I had on my magsorc is not really viable anymore. Any ideas for gear? I was told 5 shacklebreaker(heavy) and 5 lich? This is for PvP btw.

If you want to be disgustingly OP beyond one's belief, just put on any magicka set and slot shields, curse, frag, streak, mages wrath. You now win the game, congratulations
