I have this problem extremely rarely, but I do know what you're talking about. It's happened more in recent days, and only when two or more of the good guilds go at it while running close to full groups. If I had to guess I'd say it's a consequence of the survival meta we're in, with earthgore and such running wild. Fantasia had two fights in recent memory where this happened, I think one against VE and one against Drac. Great fights, but good gods I kept missing heals, buffs, and attacks in my rotation due to the lag.

It's really bad on 2 hader.

Just hit dizzy swing then go take a shower, walk you dog, *** your wife, beat your kids, get divorced, foreclose on your home, become homeless, get addicted to crack and by the time you're done with that it should be activating.

With lag? Several, i have lost count of how many times i coundnt change bars too, which gets me killed a lot in big keep fights where my ping shoots to about 600

I know it don't count. But had a blue screen just walking towards certain enemy's. Get myself ready, switch bars. Certain enemy's rushed towards me. Getting ready to attack me as well, then Blue Screen lol.

Generally 1, but there are times when i press the skill/weapon swap about 3 times and nothing happens, specially in veteran dungeons and VMSA.

Mouse-Wheel Down: Swap to Bar 2

Just change your controls.

Always works for me and anyone that I get to try it.

I don't see how that makes any sense regarding the topic. A mouse input or a keyboard input is the exact same thing for the server to handle. If it's lagging and there is a delay in server responses, using the mouse-wheel or a key is 100% the same and won't work instantly

Usually 1, sometimes 2. In raids, I usually press skills twice anyway to make sure they activate on the GCD.
