My biggest eso mistake

Is how I was Daggerfall Covenant bias. So my first characters were in AD, and I liked it at first but it got quickly boring. Keep in mind I got this game on release ( so no one tamerial). So then I made my dc characters. And that’s when I messed up. I really liked the DC zone ( although they weren’t partically interesting) and I was loyal to the dc in pvp and saw the EP as the Zerg [snip] and always didn’t like the ep. for some reason I have no idea. I had to urge to ever try out the EP zones. I had yet to see them tell this week. just now, idk how long it’s been since release, I made my first EP character. And OMG I love the ebon heart pact. The EP zones are so fascinating. Like the DC and AD environment no where comepare to the awesomeness of the EP zones. Like I’ve completed every single quest in stone fall but I don’t want to leave. I absolutely love this zone. Stonefall IS my favorite zone of all time. I just feel so dumb for making all my characters DC. I for some reason had no interest in even going to the EP zones.
Anyways I just wish from the beginning of the game I had went EP, bc I garuntee I would have 1 DC character, 1 AD character, and the rest would all be EP. I just love the fantasy/ lava and fire/ and the coolness of everything Ebonheart.

Blood For The Pact!!

I hate AD but have a little respect for DC but all my characters will be EP. Although I only have 1 main and my son has a character. I hae been thinking about build a frost tank or another dps (cant decide) for this event to see how I like playing the warden class.

I too started Dominion, went Covenant, and now at least RP on the Pact side but PvP I still fight for the Covenant because eh, is what I like.

EP is awesome. Stonefalls has the epic volcano just beyond the distance. Deshaan's overgrown forested, complete with the almost alien like dark elf structures, shadowfens dark dank swamps complete with monsters and tribal argonian villages. And windhelm! all the snow!

The Rift well....avoid it. Theres some...disturbing stuff going on there. Especially in the Inn.

YES.....I was also DC when I started playing all that time ago - but I wasn't exactly bias. Everyone I knew said to go for it. So I did and I was not thrilled. It took me to THIS year to get my main DC toon to lvl 50 and it was kinda torture. I REFUSED to delete her so I just puttered around with her for a while.
Then I made an AD toon which was a little bit better...but still sort of slow going. Im not a pvp heavy person I do it maybe once or twice a week. I do a lot of other side things which was cool with me.
I have to agree when I started my EP toon he was also my first male toon and let me tell you.....LOVES HIM TO PIECES and the zone as well. I bought a house in Deshaan. Its so beautiful and there are still things i haven't seen. The free Inn room has proven interesting to say the least.

But yes EP has stolen my heart. The story line gives me the feels something awful.

Coming from the other side of the spectrum and just now branching out to some of the other factions’ zones, I was confronted with somewhat less desirable story and writing. Visuals are mostly on par though, thankfully. But yes, Stonefalls and Deshan are my two favorite zones so far.

I was always playing EP, i had some switches to DC and AD but folks there is just not what i wanted. So EP it is farewell DC and AD.

Too each their own. I started out in EP way back in Beta and died of boredom. I've tried several times through the years to make and keep an EP character and I just can't do it. I've had DC characters, those questlines are my second favorite. But I always end up back in AD.

Pact region looks like a nasty alien land, Dominion region is for vegans, and Covenant have parties at the fountain.

I picked the Daggerfall Covenant because my zodiac sign is Leo and decided what the hell go with the Lion.

Created one DC char, as I wanted to start the main story in all three alliances. Deleted it after completing Cadwell's gold. Never took the DC character into the alliance war. EP is my preference for the alliance war.

I did sort of the same thing. I started AD, but rolled EP right after, stayed awhile, then rolled DC to play with a couple friends there, but decided to play EP again, and regretted having ever left it. But I have a really nice community here on EP, so I'll never leave again ^^

I feel you but opposite I think ep zones are ugly and could not wait to get out of them I rushed every quest and hated every minute I was in those ugly zones. I hate marrowind too it’s just so ugly.

When I played dc I felt at home the forest and trees the desert every part of dc is stunning. Even the dlc zone wrothgar is amazing. The quest are great the land is amazing it’s the best zone imo.

Ugg all those quests with those hippie tree-hugging argonians ... I have 2 left and won't be back ... except on my NB to collect shards and BoW as many unsuspecting talking lizards as I can !

I agree, I particularly love visiting Alik'r, it just looks like I imagine it should do. The Lost City is like my second home lol
