The apartments are free.
The hut is much like the Raw''kha house in price and probably size.

The hut includes the surrounding grounds on the PTS, so I assume it will be the same on live. That's well worth the 250k price tag in my opinion.

The hut is in-game already and can be previewed. It's just southwest of the Hag Fen wayshrine in Glenumbra.

I've been wanting an outdoorsy place and this fits the bill perfectly.

I'm not sure if I will purchase it or not, but I agree that it's great to see a holiday home and that it's available for gold as well as Crowns.

Is this the start of a trend where they'll release holiday-themed houses during the other holiday events? Would be cool to have a nice cozy wintery cottage for the New Life Festival!

They said its automatic after doing the quest starter for it or if you did that last year.

Well you can buy the hut with crowns today... still not available with gold. Rather sketchy IMO.

I'd caution against buying the nfurnishings as chances are those are ones we'll be able to craft with the festival drop boxes

It's the same achievement from last year, the one you get for completing all of the sub-achievements. I think it's called Unsparing Harvest.

I agree.

It's not going to be everyone's favourite home but making it available for in-game gold or crowns was a pleasant surprise.
