Skyshard achievement - 6 missing????

But according to the total, I have 393/399. Huh???
Check your DLC achievement tab, as well as your character->skyshards tab to see what's missing. 6 is what you would usually get from a small DLC area like TG or DB.Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break

IC and other DLC areas don't count.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
