I'm in another guild that is basically an extended friends list so when they are one there Discord I'll be on with them (which isn't too often), Other then Trials/dungeons/events is it mandatory that I be in voice or can I hop in and out as I choose?

I really not as serious a player as these questions may infer I'm just merely curious is all. I'm a casual really I haven't even beaten cadwell's silver on my main and I've been playing off and on since Nov. 2015.
