I was reading a post about naryu and veya.

someone syggested an extra option to let them come stay at your house if your a landlord to keep them safe.

one of the things i loved about followers and marriage and adoption from skyrim was getting others into your house.

what if they added certain dialoge options for npcs all over. either related to quests or achievments. maybe add a good variety of npc that you have to accomplish goals for, and then you can invite them to stay in your home. have an npc cap depending on size of house then once we have "won" them over we can place them and maybe add a path mapping system so they walk around.

i feel like this would implement a way for our homes to feel more alive. to have people in them we care about in the game.

hell even monetize it and add npc to the crown store!!

lol I was not meaning that at all xD

im actually opposed to the player character being able to own slaves.

more like npcs that need sanctuary or a warm bed.

npcs that have become friends or you have survived ordeals with coming to live with you.

locking an argonian in a cage and making it clean your house... oh wait no. not that.

I may have designed a home in Malabor Tor that my main character doesn't actually use often but that Ayrenn sometimes steals as a vacation home. So does Razum-dar, which is why there's a ball of yarn stashed somewhere...

this is a good idea im sure I saw on another thread. I was thinking like in cold harbor the NPC's that join you in the last battle - why wouldn't they come visit.

I mean I would love to port to my house and find some Llamas chilling in the yard, maybe with their babies lol

So you're saying you're prejudiced against Dunmer cultural identity.
