I would love to see the actual level cap increased to 60, along with every skill line. Add 1 active and 1 passive skill to all skill lines. This will create so many new classes/builds.

Spacemonkey✭✭✭✭✭no it won't. Add a 3rd weapon bar or a 6th slot and you'll see a ton of new builds (no need to code new skills)
Adding more skills just changes which skill is better than which. with 5 slots, choices are limited and in most scenarios the new skill will either not fit into those 5 slots or simply replace the lesser equivalent of that skill we already have. The chance of it meshing well in a rotation etc... and simply changing your bar setup are pretty low.4
