Once we have levelled up a mount to max level would it be possible we get a bonus to levelling the next mount up, with more mounts at max level more of a bonus. this would reward players who want to start new characters @ZOS_GinaBruno. same maybe for the guilds as well? can always hope.

Once you upgraded your mount it should be available for all your characters. It makes no sense why we have to spend 6 months every time we make a new char if we want to upgrade the mounts stats.

Since there are riding lessons in the Crown Store and the Crown Crates, the chances of this getting reduced in any way is little to none.

It should be something like this

for each character who has finished leveling a particular riding stat, each other character learns it 1% faster. (Stacks up to 5? 10? %).

I.e., I have my main and two alts with maxed speed - the next char levels up speed at 4% per day. If only my main had Stamina, then all my other chars go 2% per day. The gold cost would of course increase. (I.e., 5% mount speed costs 1250 gold)

If you PVP in Cyrodiil, there is a lot of incentive to buy riding lessons for a new character rather than waiting out 120 days for your mount to be able to get you from Arrius to Chalman in time to relieve a siege without getting ganked off your horse halfway there because of low stamina. Cyrodiil is not called the Horse Riding Simulator 3000 for nothing, after all, and rapid maneuvers alone is not enough.

But really, PVP in Cyrodiil is the only reason I would ever consider buying riding lessons for my own characters.

I bought some speed upgrades from eso+ crowns for my templar then starting playing again.
Did not bother for warden as I was exploring Morrowind and did not need high speed
