✭That area has been botted for so long because it is instanced and any who completed the quest is in a different area with no mobs so only new players are coming across this.
ZoS will most likely warn your account for naming and shaming, lock/delete this post even though you have highlighted illegal in game activity

✭BOTS are everywhere. I report them constantly and yes, they seem to never go away. I really wonder if ZOS ever does anything about them anymore. I'm on NA PC.
For those on PC we now have a fantastic addon called BOT SCANNER 2000. I suggest anyone on PC interested download and install the addon and report these BOTS enmasse. It's a great addon.1 -
